The Art Path
Location: Along CR 7
The Art Path was created by the Nappanee Art Council. Sculptures in various themes lead you on a journey of discovery, from the Flower Garden to Woodland Creatures to the Apple Orchard and everything in between. Parking is available at the Borkholder Nature Center & Wetlands.
McCormick Creek Golf Course
Location: 1300 Thompson Drive
Our City is proud to offer a state of the art golf course that features 18 holes at McCormick Creek Golf Course. They offer lessons, camps, business outings and have a wide variety of golf equipment available at the Pro Shop. To schedule a tee time, visit the McCormick Creek Golf Course website!
Parks and Green Space
Our parks system is comprised of 5 different parks throughout our City. These 5 parks offer various amenities for all ages and abilities including a pickleball and tennis courts, baseball and softball diamonds, a nature area, dog park, and green spaces for relaxation.
Memorials
9/11 Memorial
Location: Front of Police/EMS building (301 W. Lincoln Street)
The City of Nappanee was chosen to receive a “Survivor” tree that was planted in front of the Police building in honor of September 11. The tree we received was part of the seedling program from the original “Survivor” tree found at ground zero.
Nappanee Memorial
Location: SW side of City Hall (300 W. Lincoln Street)
This memorial was established to create a place to honor those who perished in war. Be sure to take time to visit and remember the many veterans who fought for our freedom.
