Judge Christopher Walter was appointed by Governor Mitch Daniels in May of 2010 for the position of City Judge. Mr. Walter was reelected to the position of City Court Judge in 2011, 2015, and 2019.

Nappanee City Court has jurisdiction over criminal misdemeanors, city ordinances and traffic infractions. Please contact the City Court Clerk for information on when City Court meets.

The City Court accepts cash, money orders/cashier’s checks or credit/debit cards.
