The office of the Clerk-Treasurer has the responsibility to advertise bids and quotes, as well as the physical receipt of bid/quote packets, at Nappanee City Hall.

These sealed packets are prepared for the Board of Works and Safety where the bids are opened at their public meetings on the second and fourth Mondays at 3:30 p.m. in the common council chambers.

Obtaining Bid & Quote Packets 

Notices can be found below

  1. Each notice includes contact information, with a contact name and phone number at the end of each bid description. For additional information, please reach out to the specified contact(s).
  2.  Vendors are responsible for checking the website for any addendums or revisions.
  3. All bids should be submitted to the office of the Clerk-Treasurer at 300 W. Lincoln Street. The Clerk-Treasurer’s office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids may be submitted until 3:30 p.m. on the day of the Board of Works and Safety meetings.
