Parade: 10:30 am - Starting at Nappanee Elementary School and proceeding West on Centennial Street to SR 19, South on SR 19 to Lincoln Street, then West on Lincoln Street to City Hall

Ceremony: 11:00 am - South Lawn at City Hall
