Celebrate the new Nappanee Center Quilt Garden with a fun and creative train decorating contest! The contest is open to all ages. Beginning April 22, grab supplies from the Library and start decorating. Completed trains must be returned to the library by May 17 with a completed entry form for judging. Winners will receive a gift card to a local business.
