meet at a public session on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Nappanee City Hall,
300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana 46550. Any and all business may be conducted at
the meeting. Interested members of the public are invited to attend.
